For temporary and contract assignments, Rathod Workforce acts as the W-2 employer of record. We manage all federal, state, and local payroll taxes, statutory unemployment insurance, workers compensation coverage, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) benefits compliance.

We maintain a replacement protocol. If you notify us within the initial assignment hours that a worker does not meet your operational expectations, you will not be billed for those hours, and our coordinators will dispatch a qualified replacement immediately.

Yes. We offer Contract-to-Hire agreements that allow you to evaluate worker punctuality, skill execution, and team chemistry on site. After a mutually agreed contract period (typically 520 to 1,040 hours), the worker can convert to your full-time payroll with zero or prorated conversion fees.

Never. Job seekers never pay any fees for job placement, resume review, or skills evaluation. All staffing fees are covered by employer partners.

Rathod Workforce provides reliable weekly pay schedules for all active assignment workers. Pay is delivered via direct deposit to your bank account or through an electronic payroll paycard.

Candidates must provide valid Form I-9 identity and employment eligibility documents (such as a U.S. Passport, or a Driver License and Social Security Card). Role-specific placements may also require active license cards, OSHA cards, or CPR/BLS certifications.
